Can I amend or extend my booking?

If, for any reason, you would like to amend or extend your booking after it has been confirmed, Wild Life Group Ltd t/a Hex Wildlife Hotel will use all reasonable endeavours to assist you but cannot guarantee to meet any such requests.

Whilst most flexible bookings can be amended, subject to availability, please be aware that all rates are based on the arrival date and length of stay booked.  Amending your booking may result in a higher nightly rate than originally booked. 

As per the terms and conditions of your booking, all non-refundable rates are non-amendable and non-transferable.
